Design Consultation & Planning Every project starts with a free in-home visit, so we can see the space as it actually is — sun exposure, wind, sightlines, what's structurally possible, what the building allows. From there, we build a full design plan around how you actually want to use the space: morning coffee, evening entertaining, a quiet plant-filled retreat, or all three at different hours of the day. That plan covers every layer of the space, not just the furniture: Furniture — seating and dining pieces scaled to the footprint you have, chosen for durability outdoors as much as for how they look Planters — sized and positioned for the specific conditions of your balcony or terrace, in materials and forms that read as intentional, not an afterthought Plants — a planting palette selected for your light and exposure first, and your aesthetic second, because nothing undermines a design faster than plants that don't survive it Textiles — cushions, shade, and soft elements that make the space feel finished and livable, not just furnished You leave the planning phase with a complete concept — materials, layout, planting plan, and a clear sense of cost — before anything is built. Build & Implementation Once the design is approved, we manage the full build: sourcing every piece, coordinating any structural or hardscape work the space needs, and installing the planting and furnishings ourselves. You're not left to assemble a plan on your own or chase down vendors — we execute it end to end, the same way we would a full room inside the house, and hand it back finished.
