Service Description

At Studio Tano, our Full Home Builds & Renovations service embodies our commitment to transforming spaces through meticulous design. Whether you're contemplating a full renovation or starting anew, we guide you from initial sketches to the final finish, ensuring a seamless process with no hand-offs. Our holistic approach unlocks the potential of your home, creating environments that are both functional and beautifully refined. Some projects aren't about one room — they're about how an entire home works together. This is the full scope of what we do, applied across every space at once: kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, outdoor space, all designed as one continuous idea rather than a series of disconnected rooms. Design Consultation & Planning We start with an in-home visit to walk the full property and understand the scope — a renovation, an addition, or a new build from the ground up. From there we develop a complete design plan covering: Whole-home concept — a single material and design language carried through every room, so the house reads as one considered space Space planning — layout and flow worked out room by room and as a whole, including any structural changes Materials & finishes — a palette selected once and applied consistently, rather than re-decided room to room Drawings & permitting — full drawing packages prepared for new builds and major renovations, ready for permit submission Budget & phasing — a clear cost picture and, where useful, a phased plan if the full scope won't happen in one pass You leave planning with a full set of drawings, a materials plan, and a real budget — before a single wall comes down. Build & Implementation We manage the build end to end — general contractor coordination, trade scheduling, site supervision, and sourcing every material and fixture. From first sketch through final walkthrough, you have one point of contact for the entire project, not a dozen vendors to manage on your own.
